What the recipe says = What you'll need

1 pound ground beef = 2 & 1/2 cups cooked ground beef.
1 medium onion = 1/2 c diced onion
1 clove garlic, minced = 1 tsp jarred minced garlic
1 Tablespoon of fresh herbs = 1 teaspoon of dried herbs
